darlene anita scott is a poet and visual artist. Her recent photography appears in Barren Magazine and The Auburn Avenue and her mixed media work has been featured in The Journal and The West Review. Scott's recent poetry appears in Kestrel, Furious Flower: Seeding the Future of African American Poetry and Revisiting the Elegy in the Black Lives Matter Era which she co-edited. She lives in Virginia.
